Brand Design Planner

Role Purpose:

The Brand Design Planner (Producer) is responsible for the upfront coordination and operationalisation of requests into the Brand Design Team. This role ensures robust project planning, resource allocation, and structured deliverables aligned with timing plans, setting projects up for success before handover to Programme Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop frameworks/blueprints for multi-disciplinary project delivery.
  • Oversee projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Proactively identify risks and mitigate issues.
  • Align resources, deliverables, and timelines through insightful planning.
  • Support operational management of the Design Hub to meet strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Programme Management and Business Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Contribute to capacity planning and stakeholder communication.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in design processes through to delivery.
  • Strategic planning experience for multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Producer background with a track record in agency/corporate settings.
  • Creative acumen to manage complex design projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent presentation/interpersonal skills for all business levels.
  • Experience managing global projects across cultures/time zones.
  • Proficiency in Wrike, Workfront, and MS Project.

Desirable (Not Mandatory):

  • Additional certifications or experience in design/project management tools.
